Our coaching programs are usually conducted over the phone with the exception of group programs for schools, individuals and businesses. Programs can be conducted as a one time coaching session or on-going goal coaching. We conduct an up-front analysis on all customers to assess what program best fits your needs

We realize that our customers are bright and intelligent people and our job is to help through accountability, introspection and insights to stay the course. A no-cost analysis is conducted upfront to make Passion-Career Coaching Many books have been written about the importance of finding your passion and connecting this passion to a career. Coach D’s coaching experiences have affirmed that many people know their passion but have not made a commitment to turn it into a career, or do not fully understand the process. With the recession, many people are reinventing themselves, and my desire as a coach is to help my customers maneuver through this life transition. Our career coaching programs are energizing as well as informative. We will walk through a strategic process that will end in new life possibilities. Goal Coaching Are you a school district that struggles with staying on course with your goals? Are you a sales team that has high expectations but need assistance staying the course? Our Group and Individual Coaching sessions focus on goal accountability and strategic focus. Every successful person on the planet has a coach of some kind. It is time for you to have one as well. Life Coaching-General If you are looking for a coach to help you achieve basic goals such as overcoming bad habits, dealing with negative dispositions or simply to bring a sense of order and balance to your life, this program is for you. New Year’s Resolutions are proof evident that people need help to stay committed to goals. If you have general life challenges in which you can use coaching assistance, call the office to schedule an analysis for our general life coaching sessions. Life Coaching-Parenting Research is confirming that an effective parent-child relationship is critical to success in school, the workplace and life. A parent-child relationship is important for both the child and the parent. Acrimony in this relationship can cause frustration at home, at work and in school. Coach D has been teaching and training parents for a number of years through instructional workshops and interactive rap sessions. An in-depth up-front analysis will take place to assure that we are fully aware of the reasons why the breach exists. Family life will improve and relationships will be re-established. As with all of our coaching programs, we will provide high doses of motivation and real world, best practice strategies. Team/Group Coaching A good coach loves coaching a winning team. On occasion, the team needs a little strategy as well as an infusion of motivation to achieve organizational goals. Coach D’s group coaching session Teamwork That Makes The Dreamwork is designed to help teams who are tasked to accomplish a goal within their organization, corporation or association. If you are planning a retreat, departmental meeting or planning session, call our office to increase the passion and possibilities through Coach D group coaching sessions. Coach D’s group sessions can be conducted as a one-time event or contracted to provide on-going coaching that includes progress reports and assessments. Coach D’s desire is to help the team win. Teen Coaching This recent phenomenon is starting to take off nationwide. Many parents realize the need for motivation of their teenagers and often have challenges motivating their teens to do well in school, at home and in the community. Our youth coaching sessions are conducted in connection with a parent or caretakers. Plans are established and teens become inspired to give it their best. For youth based organizations, contact the office to discuss a group session for your teen leaders. Parents and caretakers please call to discuss a program to coach your teen. Small Business Coaching One of the keys to my close to two decades of small business success is the ability to focus on the task at hand. Many small businesses fail due to their inability to prioritize. Running a business is totally different than working for one. It can be overwhelming if you don’t develop a daily plan of action. Our small business coaching sessions will help business owners stay committed to a daily or weekly plan of action. Coach D’s no-nonsense style of coaching will help even the greatest procrastinator stay focused on completing their business objectives. This program works best when a longer term coaching contract is in place. One- time sessions can start the process; however, a longer coaching commitment will help you to advance your business. |
