The majority of HYPE youth remained in school, changed behaviors, attended college and volunteered in their community. HYPE’s success was a by-product of two core philosophies:1. Kids are not committed to programs; kids are committed to people; 2. A student with a dream is a student with a future; however, a student with a dream is fueled by a caring adult who believes in their dreams. His grass roots success has opened the door for Darrell “Coach D” Andrews, America’s Passion Coach, to speak at national and state conferences such as:

Our youth programs range from general student assemblies to high-energy student workshops and conference keynotes.  Coach D’s programs are designed to help youth:

Passionate Educator/Administrator Programs

Our programs for teachers and school administrators primarily focus on the importance of improving school climate and academic outcomes by improving student connectedness and personalization.  Schools that do not make proper connections with youth struggle to achieve their AYP and other school improvement goals.

Our years of experience have taught us that relationship building is the foundation of success in all areas within a school.  Educators who realize this important foundation will find that their work will be less stressful and more enjoyable.  Our programs help school leaders and teachers:

Passionate Parent Workshop

Parents are the X factor in youth success. If they see their roles at home as critical to their children’s academic success, schools will gain a critical strategic partner.  Our workshop and speech, Motivating Children At Home: Their Future Is in Your Hands helps parents to see the importance of:

• Helping their kids make the dream-education connection
• Helping their children with homework
• Developing effective relationships with school teachers
• Their personal example of excellence to their children
• Helping their children develop a sense of personal identity

This workshop is a must for schools, school districts or non-profit organizations that want to help parents make the connection.  Many PTAs and parent organizations nationwide have benefited from this workshop.
