The Reinvention Process is a proven system that has been taught and refined for nearly twenty years. Our extensive research and experience have discovered that one of the most significant barriers to reinventing a career or business is how the mind is wired. True reinvention begins with understanding and addressing the mental habits we have developed over time—habits shaped by past experiences that have created neurological pathways reinforcing old behavior patterns.
These ingrained thought patterns can keep individuals and organizations stuck, operating in familiar but unproductive ways. Because the mind instinctively protects what is familiar, breaking free requires intentional effort to create new pathways that open the door to fresh opportunities and meaningful change.
Our Reinvention Framework focuses on four specific areas critical to this transformation. During coaching sessions—or training for organizations offering group events—we guide participants through each area with a customized approach. The time dedicated to each stage is tailored to the individual’s or group’s needs, based on the level of intensity and support required for lasting change.

Reinvention Framework Area 1-Growth Mindset- We analyze potential roadblocks to reinventing yourself. We focus on Dr. Carol Dweck of Stanford University's work. Dr. Dweck's research and book "Mindset-The New Psychology of Success" focuses on helping people go from a fixed mindset (The challenge defines me) to a growth mindset (I will find a way to achieve my goal). Our session in this area focuses on uncovering mental roadblocks that limit your ability to reinvent. Growth Mindset is the key to success. Most people don't advance until they begin to see the potential in themselves to change.
Reinvention Framework Area 2-Transferable Skillsets- We coach our clients to uncover some transferable skillsets they have obtained via work or business experience, volunteerism, and other service areas. We motivate our customers to thoroughly analyze how these skills can be used in a new job experience or business direction.
Reinvention Framework Area 3- New Direction Pursuit- We coach our customers by creating a plan of action to pursue their newfound career or business pathway. We will analyze people, places, organizations, and resources you need to get on the path to your new career or business dream. Lastly, we will help them create a capabilities resume highlighting work experience and capabilities.
Reinvention Framework Area 4-Accountability Calls- We help dislocated workers identify people in their lives with whom they are comfortable sharing their plans, to help them with weekly or biweekly accountability of the new goals they established to reinvent themselves. For people who do not have anyone to hold them accountable in the early phase of the process, we offer our services at a reduced cost.
