It was a pleasure speaking at the 21st Century Community Learning Center's Summer Symposium. Our hope is that the keynote speech was enlightening, motivational, and inspired each school and after school program attendee to create cultures that lead to student success-despite the crisis of our times. Our youth need for us to lead effectively during these turbulent times and right now, no matter what your position-you are a leader. You are a leader in the 21st CCLC Commumunity because millions of young people nationally depend on you. Let's make this year epic because we are innovative thinkers and leaders. Remember, in the Asian culture crisis does not mean disaster only, it means OPPORTUNITY. Let's take the opportunity to make this a great year for our youth no matter if they are in the building or at home!

It is easy to not focus on these subjects due to the busyness of the school year. This year-we cannot ignore the need to make these areas of focus a priority. We can help!
Virtual Consulting-Many schools and districts feel the need for some type of monthly professional development or coaching with staff or students. Contact us to discuss how we can customize a monthly (or one time) consulting project designed to keep school staff on-point, operating within team synergy, and focused on school culture, equity, race relations, and other professional development areas. We can also conduct a monthly virtual session with a select group of students (Could be a particular grade) to inspire them to stay the course and remain motivated towards academic and life success during this time of crisis.
Virtual Student Motivation Assemblies-Kick the school year off online with an even streamed to Youtube or FB, designed to inspire youth toward academic or life success. Many schools are booking us to conduct events at multiple schools in their district. We conduct student assemblies all throughout the year!
Virtual "Parent As Coach-Developing A Family Dream Team" Sessions-Many schools due to the crisis are falling behind making connections with parents. Our "Parent As Coach" workshops have been featured at multiple PTA conferences and hundreds of schools. Parents need tools for success as a result of the Crisis and schools or districts can be of great assistance to this need by booking motivational yet informational presentations to parents.
Virtual Equity Motivation-Many schools are focusing on equity efforts as a result of the challenges being faced throughout our nation.
